Visit the Board Room for information about your Board of Directors, meeting agendas, and more. The resident seat on the Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners, or as otherwise specified in the Bylaws. For further information about the limitation and restrictions of the powers of the Board of Directors, please refer to the Governing Documents.
Residents are welcome to attend any Board meeting; just be sure to check the online calendar for date, time, and location. Agendas are posted prior to each Board meeting. Meeting agendas and minutes can be found in the appropriate year's folder. If you'd like to address the Board at the next meeting, please complete the request form, and return to ryane@riverstone.com. Refer to the Members' Time at Board Meetings policy for more information.
The Finance Committee is an advisory committee that works alongside the HOA Staff and Board to review short and long-term investments of Riverstone HOA funds, Riverstone’s HOA Annual Operating Budget, capital requirements, reserve studies, and insurance coverage.
The Gated Neighborhood Committee is an advisory committee that works alongside the HOA Staff allowing residents to be involved and advise the Management/Board regarding the desired services and related costs for their respective gated neighborhoods. This committee shall meet at least once a year and as needed beyond that.
The Landscape Committee is an advisory committee that works alongside the HOA Staff to assist with landscape-related projects, yard of the month, lawn care information, and other projects that help reflect residents’ pride in the community.
The Modification Sub Committee is responsible for reviewing applications related to modifications of residential properties and help to develop policy and guidelines for the Community. This committee shall meet monthly or as needed
