Riverstone Board Elections 2024

Key Information:

• Application Deadline: Friday, October 11th, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.
• Candidate Requirements: All interested candidates must submit their completed application and a brief bio that will be distributed to property owners within the community
• Applicant must be an owner of record of a property within Riverstone Homeowners Association, Inc.
• Applicant must be an owner in good standing with the Association.
  
  

What are the responsibilities of the Board?

The primary role of the board, with assistance from our staff, is to oversee the business of the association and plan for the future. This includes, among other things, approving annual budgets, developing policies, adopting resolutions, awarding contracts for services, approving capital expenditures, hearing homeowners’ appeals on deed restriction violation issues, making decisions involving collection and legal matters, and guiding our staff. Board members are entrusted to make major decisions that affect the greater good of the community in all respects.

How to Apply

If you are interested in serving on the Board, please complete the following Willingness to Serve Form and return it along with a photograph to the attention of Ryan Evans via email at customercare@riverstone.com or by hand delivery to the Association Office (18353 University Blvd.) by 5:00 p.m., on October 11th, 2024.

Nomination forms will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11th, 2024.
