Voting Period
The voting period for the Riverstone HOA Board Election is now officially open and will run until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 18th, 2024.

Election Packages
Check your physical mailboxes for your Voter Guide, which contains your unique voting credentials along with all instructions for casting your vote.

Meet the Candidates
Seven (7) candidates are running to fill five (5) Resident Director positions on the Board. The Riverstone HOA Board, with support from our staff, oversees the business of the association and plans for our community’s future. This includes approving budgets, setting policies, awarding service contracts, and making key decisions for the greater good of Riverstone. We encourage you to review each candidate’s background and goals on our HOA Board Elections Page to make an informed decision.

Election Process
This year’s election is being administered by a third-party election services provider, Election Trust, and members can cast their votes either online or by paper ballot:

Enter your Voting PIN from the top right corner of your Voter Guide.
Follow the on-screen instructions to mark, review, and cast your online proxy.

VOTE BY PAPER BALLOT Now through November 18, 2024

Mark your enclosed Paper Ballot and return it per the instructions provided.
Please return your ballot as soon as possible; all ballots must be received by 5:00 pm on November 18th, 2024.

Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on December 3rd, 2024.
