About Me:

I am interested in serving on the board of directors because I believe in enhancing the value of our HOA fees and improving the overall quality of services for all residents. My goal is to ensure that the community’s needs are effectively addressed by listening to input from homeowners and making data-driven decisions that benefit everyone.

I am uniquely qualified for this role because of my professional background as an engineer with an MBA, which has equipped me with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Additionally, my experience running a business focused on education has honed my leadership, communication, and financial management abilities. My passion for finance and real estate further aligns with the responsibilities of this role, allowing me to bring valuable insights to the board as we work to optimize community services and investments.

Volunteered during Harvey, helped with clean-up, food collection and distribution activities. Food distribution activities for the homeless with VTSeva and other food drives.

I have participated in conducting Spelling and Math competition for young kids in RIICAS cultural activity.

I have been part of PTA Elementary, Middle and High Schools.

I have actively participated in discussions during the rezoning process.

Attended the HOA meetings.

This volunteer opportunity would be a greater service that I can give back to my community.
