Sushi 101

Are you ready to roll? In this two-hour class you will be guided through making your own customized rolls in a sushi workshop with Chef Carl Rosa. You will not only learn the fundamentals of making amazing quality sushi at home, but you will gain insight to become a smarter consumer while dining at local sushi restaurants.

Let's not forget the sake! As we go through each course, you will be able to sample delicious sake and learn how it accentuates the flavors of the foods that it complements.
