Darling Homes Extends Popular Patio Home Program

Darling Homes is introducing its popular patio home program into one of Riverstone’s newest neighborhoods, Kensington.

Pricing for the neighborhood ranges from the $430,000s to $650,000s for 65-foot homesites, with several lakefront homesites available. Presales have started on 65-foot homesites, with 55-foot homesites available soon. Reservations are being taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Darling’s patio homes have proven popular in Riverstone’s Nadina neighborhood, with the same high-end finishes and striking architectural detail continued for the new section, said Darling sales representative Chris Maris. Homes’ exteriors will feature Mediterranean styling with stucco and stone elevations and red tile roofs. Homes in Kensington will have a Sugar Land address.
