Toll Brothers Opens Riverstone Model Home

Toll Brothers Model Toll Brothers has opened a 5,285-square-foot model home in Riverstone's Silver Grove, an enclave near Lake Riverstone.

The five-bedroom model features dual staircases, a two-story great room, walk-in pantry, wine room and upstairs game room. Bedrooms are spacious, as is closet space, including a closet in the master suite that is nearly 17 by 10 feet.

Fully decorated, the model is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.

Toll Brothers offers semi-custom homes in Riverstone priced from the $490,000s to the $550,000s, with sizes up to 5,640 square feet. In addition, Toll Brothers are offering special incentive packages through July 31, such as $1 upgrades and more. For more information, click here.
