Candy, costumes, and thrills — Halloween is just around the corner with plenty of spooktacular events and activities to enjoy. Here are some “eerie-sistible” Halloween events and activities near Riverstone:

Fort Bend Children’s “BOO!-scovery” Center
10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, through Oct. 31

Hold onto your skeletons! Things are getting spooky at the Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center. There will be trick-or-treating, spooky experiments, special events and more!

Holy Cross Episcopal Church Pumpkin Patch

Pick out your favorite pumpkins then stay for harvest festival fun including hayrides, live entertainment, food, silent auctions, animal blessing and more.

IPRC's Haunted House

Imperial Park Recreation Center’s annual haunted house is back with more “fright-tastically” ghosts and monsters than ever before.

Trunk or Treat Keller Williams Southwest
6-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28
Free
Hit the Keller Williams parking lot for a cauldron full of sweet treats as well as music, food trucks and more. A prize will be awarded for the best decorated trunk.

We Rock the Spectrum in Missouri City offers tons of fun for children on the spectrum and their families. There will be free play, police and fire department vehicles, face painting, balloon animals, raffle and costume contests. Free sensory kits from the Autism Society of Texas will be handed out.

George Ranch Halloween in the Park
9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28
$15 adults, $10 children ages 4-12, free for 3 and under
Put on your costumes and travel back in time to learn how people celebrated All Hallows Eve. There will be trick-or-treating at historic homes and a pumpkin round-up.

Malloween at First Colony Mall
11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28
Free
Trick-or-treat at First Colony Mall. Participating retailers will hand out candy and there will be a special performance by School of Rock Sugar Land.

Halloween Town
Noon-5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29
$15 adults, $11 children ages 4-12, free for 3 and under
Head to Constellation Field for an afternoon of spooky fun, including costume contests, candy, inflatables, games, live music, a pumpkin giveaway for the first 300 kids, special character appearances, a movie on the video board and more.

Spooky Sprint
8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 29
$19-$68 to participate, free to watch
Run through the haunted trails of Brazos River Park. There will be free donuts, swag, finisher medals and an after-party featuring a DJ, complimentary food and drinks, a costume contest and more.
