This isn’t your average patio home.
In fact, there’s not much average at all about Darling Homes new model home in Riverstone.
Darling just opened the model home, located at 6951 Overlook Hill Lane, to promote its luxury patio home designs in Riverstone’s Nandina neighborhood. The three-bedroom model features an eclectic blend of design styles, with traditional hardwood flooring, rustic stained pine ceiling beams in the family room and modern-style finishes in the kitchen. Broad windows in the sun room, family room and breakfast area offer views of the L-shaped wraparound porch, which has been expanded to include a fireplace. And the master bath, with its shower for two, oversized jetted tub and tall chandeliered ceiling, is reminiscent of a luxury spa, says sales representative Chris Maris.
“We’ve had a great response from visitors,” Maris said, “who love the fact that our standard level of finishes is more of what you would find in a custom home. Because our standard features are at such a high level, a buyer would not have to put a huge sum of money into upgrades to achieve what we have done with the model.”
The exclusive builder in Nandina, Darling offers nine home designs ranging from 2,665 up to 4,200 square feet. Base pricing starts in the $390,000s for the homes, most of which are one-story designs. Homes feature Mediterranean-inspired stucco exteriors with tile roofs. Outdoor living spaces are common to the designs, which also are highly customizable.
“We are not only fully capable of redrawing blue prints to suit buyer needs but our architectural design is intensely creative,” Maris said. “When people walk into our homes, it’s nothing like they’ve ever seen in normal production homes.”
The model is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday. For more information on Darling Homes in Riverstone, visit http://www.darlinghomes.com/Riverstone.
