Time to suit up, clip in and get ready to ride because the Brazos River Bicycle Rally is heading toward Riverstone Sept. 5.
Registration for Fort Bend’s most popular road race has begun. Designed for leisure riders and cycling enthusiasts, the road race takes riders along scenic routes through one of the best places to live in Texas.
Bikers can choose between 25-, 40- and 65-mile rides, with the 25-mile route perfect for the casual rider and the 65-mile ride a challenge for serious cyclists. Children aged 12 and up are welcome to ride the 25- and 40-mile courses. Children must have the support of an adult and wear safety equipment.
The rides start at 8 a.m. and begin and end at Community Park, 1700 Glenn Lakes Lane, Missouri City, TX 77459. Part of the route winds through our beautiful community. All routes will be supported with rest stops, hydration products and food to fuel the journey. The event finishes with music, food and awards to the top finishers.
Riverstone is a proud sponsor of the annual multi-distance community biking event that raises money for the City of Missouri City Bicycle Mobility and Pedestrian Plan, the City of Missouri City Parks Foundation and Missouri City Green.
