Bite Nite Friday is back and a smorgasbord of street eats will be rolling into Riverstone on May 10.
Join us from 5:30-9 p.m. at The Club at Riverstone, 18353 University Boulevard, for food truck fare with a side helping of music, children’s activities, games and fun.
What’s on the menu this month? Everything from burgers and barbecue to empanadas and crispy chicken bowls.
Start your food truck odyssey with a stop by Araguaney & La Boricua Food Truck. The only food truck in Houston combining the staples of Puerto Rican and Venezuelan cuisine will tempt your taste buds with the highest quality of ingredients. Try Venezuelan tequenos, empanadas, cachitos and arepas or opt for Puerto Rican alcapurrias and puertorriquenas.
Not in the mood for South American delights? Take a trip to the Pacific Rim with tasty bowls of goodness from Bowl'd Up. Bowls feature flavors from Thailand, Vietnam and Korea.
Supersize your barbecue with the Texas-sized portions offered by Smok'd It Up! BBQ. A cut above the rest, this food truck smokes its brisket pulled pork and turkey for hours — but don’t forget to order the loaded potato.
Renegade Kitchen & Catering is back with a fan-favorite menu that includes pulled pork sandwiches, bistro sliders and loaded fries.
As always, we encourage you to leave room for dessert. We’ve got Mary Had A Little Party pulling up their peachy keen retro trailer to the delight of ice cream lovers. Savor old-fashioned soda floats, hand-dipped ice cream cones, banana splits and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
Can’t make it this week? No worries. We’ve scheduled five more Bite Nites. Come out June 16, July 12, Aug. 16, Sept. 13 and Oct. 11. Trucks are subject to change. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed. Some trucks may be cash only so diners should stop at the ATM on the way.
