Purchase a new Meritage home by July 31 and receive $10,000 to $60,000 in upgrades such as a covered patio, full sod, irrigation, design center options and more. Plus, register at Meritage’s model for a chance to win a Big Green Egg® grill!

Meritage Homes also is honoring the heroes dedicated to keeping us safe with a Hometown Hero Move-in Discount on their energy-efficient homes. All active and retired members of our military, police officers, firefighters, EMS and school district employees will receive a $1,500 discount when they purchase a new home this year.
