Riverstone’s family of builders is lighting up the holidays with incentives that will have visions of dream homes dancing in your head.
Newmark Homes and Partners in Building will help buyers deck their halls — and their kitchens and bathrooms, too — with options, upgrades and design center credit.
Partners in Building is celebrating 30 years of excellence with a promotion that could net buyers up to $30,000 just for visiting model homes. During the “30th Anniversary Model Home Tour,” buyers will receive $10,000 in design center credit for each Partners in Building model home visited — up to three homes.
Buyers can upgrade their master baths with mud set showers and install hardwood floors throughout their living areas with a promotion offered by Newmark Homes. During the builder’s “Deck the Halls” sales event, buyers who purchase a home by Dec. 31 will receive up to seven upgrades, as well as $5,000 in design center credit. In addition, buyers using Newmark Homes’ approved lender will receive an owners’ title policy in the amount of the loan.
Darling Homes is offering buyers a holiday bonus in the form of 10 percent of the base price of their new home, which can be used on structural options and upgrades at the design center.
Highland Homes is giving the gift of an appliance this season. Buyers will receive a free GE Cafe French door refrigerator with Keurig K-Cup Brewing System with the purchase of any home through Dec. 31.
Taylor Morrison also has a gift for homebuyers — no closing costs. Buyers of eligible to-be-built and inventory homes will not have to pay closing costs on homes purchased by Dec. 31 if they use the builder’s preferred lender.
Top-selling Riverstone is a premiere Fort Bend community featuring easy access to major employers, a relaxed lifestyle and exceptional Fort Bend ISD schools.
