It’s another first place ranking for Riverstone, as the Fort Bend community has landed at the top of Houston Business Journal’s list of Most Active Houston-Area Communities.
The list, published recently, was based on annual new home starts for the 12-month period ending in September. Riverstone posted 528 home starts, well over 100 more than second-place finisher and sister community Sienna Plantation, where builders started 394 homes during the study timeframe.
Four other projects of Johnson Development Corp. also were included on the 25-count list, including Woodforest, No. 4; Cross Creek Ranch, No. 6; Harvest Green, No. 8; and Harmony, No. 11. Johnson Development had more listed communities than any other developer.
Sixteen production and custom builders offer an array of designs in Riverstone, with homes priced from the $300,000s to the millions.
