Riverstone buyers will save time and money this month, with August incentives that reduce or eliminate closing costs when they utilize builders’ preferred lenders.

Many builders have lenders that work closely with them to create a seamless purchasing process. Preferred lenders are familiar with the builder, so they are able to quickly and accurately answer your financing questions and provide a faster, less complicated loan process.

This month, Highland Homes, Taylor Morrison and Newmark Homes will pay some or all of the closing costs when buyers use their lenders.

Taylor Morrison will pay all of the closing costs on to-be-built and inventory homes through Aug. 31 if buyers finance through Taylor Morrison Home Funding. Highland Homes will pay up to $5,000 toward closing costs and the owner’s title policy when buyers use Highland Home Source.

Newmark Homes also is offering up to $5,000 toward closing costs and an owner’s title policy to buyers purchasing homes in the neighborhoods it builds in. As an additional incentive, customers purchasing a home in the Avalon at Riverstone neighborhood will receive $50,000 in design center credit. Buyers in other Newmark neighborhoods will receive upgrades on appliances, flooring and more, plus $5,000 to use at the design center.

Beyond closing costs, both Darling Homes and Trendmaker Homes are helping their customers create homes tailored to fit their lifestyle by offering big savings at the design center. Darling will give its customers design center credit in the amount of 10 percent of the base price of their new home. Buyers can help Trendmaker Homes celebrate 45 years during a promotion that offers a 4.5 percent incentive on select inventory homes Both offers are good through Sept. 30.

Luxurious living is a way of life at Riverstone, Fort Bend's premier master-planned community. Riverstone residents enjoy kayaking on the lake, sweating it out in the fitness center and sunbathing at the community’s pool complexes, among other activities.
