Dreams really do come true with a range of July builder incentives giving buyers the kitchens, floors, appliances and smart homes they have been wishing for.
Sitterle Homes and Newmark Homes know that buyers yearn for the ultimate kitchen, and from now until July 31, buyers will receive just that. Sitterle’s buyers can take advantage of the builders’ “Beat the Heat” summer sales event to upgrade to a Bosch 30-inch 500 series gas cooktop and oven. They also can receive hardwood floors in the first-floor living areas.
Newmark will provide Avalon at Riverstone buyers with $50,000 in design center credit to use toward designing a dream kitchen. Buyers also will receive an additional $5,000 toward closing costs and an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan.
Buyers in other Newmark neighborhoods also will benefit, with an upgrade package including hardwood floors, a Frigidaire professional appliance package, a mudset shower in the master suite, upgraded countertops and more. Newmark will provide an additional $5,000 in design center credit, plus the same amount toward closing costs. The offer ends July 31.
Darling Homes’ customers can outfit their kitchens, baths, outdoor living areas or any other space they can think of with design center credit in the amount of 10 percent of the purchase price of their new home through Sept. 31.
Buyers can even upgrade their regular home to a smart home with a Taylor Morrison promotion offering an Interactive 2.0 integrated system that controls lighting, security, temperature and entertainment from apps that work on iPhone and Android devices. The package is free with the purchase of a Taylor Morrison to-be-built home until July 31.
Highland Homes rounds out the list of builders offering incentives with an extension of their promotion that paus up to $13,000 toward closing costs. The incentive ends July 31.
Many builders require incentive flyers to be presented at the time of purchase, to view them and for more information, click here.
