7 New Models, 7 Days of Luxury March 30-April 5

Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison is hosting seven days of luxury home tours and prize giveaways March 30-April 5 to celebrate their seven model homes opening in Avalon at Riverstone.

Taylor Morrison has four new models, showcasing patio home designs and executive homes for 60-, 70- and 80-foot properties. Homes range from 2,315 to 5,623 square feet with prices from the mid $300,000s.

Darling Homes has three new model homes in Avalon at Riverstone for 55-, 70- and 80-foot homesites. Darling’s variety of homes range from 2,594 to 5,238 square feet and are base priced in the mid $400,000s.

Prospective home buyers can register to win luxury prizes such as spa packages and jewelry at each model home.
