Darling Homes to Open in 4 New Neighborhoods

Darling Homes is introducing four new communities in Riverstone, including a neighborhood of 55-foot properties in Avalon at Riverstone.

The builder recently opened a new model home in the neighborhood, which features luxury designs priced from the $425,000s with up to approximately 3,600 square feet of living space. The one- and two-story single-family homes offer owner’s suites, game and media rooms, gourmet kitchens, optional extended patios and two- to three-car garages. Darling Homes expects to open a new model home in a neighborhood of 70-foot properties in Avalon at Riverstone by the end of February. The home designs will feature dramatically open concepts with intense architectural elements. Buyers can customize their homes with options such as a game room, a media room, an outdoor living space with a custom fireplace, an exterior summer kitchen, walk-up attic storage and private guest casitas. Home prices will be from the $500,000s and homes will range up to about 4,300 square feet.

Later this year, Darling Homes will introduce home designs in a neighborhood of 80-foot properties in Avalon at Riverstone and luxury patio floor plans for 65-foot homesites in the Whisper Rock neighborhood.
