Westin Homes recently opened Riverstone’s newest model home, a 3,799-square-foot plan in the Alden Springs neighborhood.

At 5218 Alden Springs Blvd., the two-story design features a spacious courtyard with fireplace, a two-story family room and extended foyer, an island kitchen, game room and separate media room. Base price on the home is in the $480,000s.
