Darling Homes is offering home buyers a very unique and limited opportunity to live in one of the homebuilder’s newest home designs now being offered in Avalon at Riverstone.

Scott Sim, vice president of sales and marketing for Darling Homes’ Houston division, said the cul-de-sac homesites and wooded surroundings create an even more rarified feel.

Starting from the upper $900,000s, the homes include the homebuilder’s unique exterior elevations and carefully considered floor plans with spacious master suites, next-generation living quarters, casitas, interior courtyards and much more.

The five floor plans Darling Homes is now offering range from approximately 3,800 square feet to more than 5,500 square feet.
