Taylor Morrison has announced it will introduce its popular line of patio homes to Avalon at Riverstone.

The lifestyle-focused patio home collection includes designs 2,400 to 3,700 square feet with up to three bedrooms and 3.5 baths available. Prices have yet to be released.

Taylor Morrison will build its Delray plan as the neighborhood’s model home, a two-story design that offers approximately 2,588 square feet with plenty of entertaining space and large, open living spaces. A curved breakfast bar overlooks the family room while an optional wine room is available off the formal dining room. Upstairs, a game room awaits along with the option of including a bedroom and bathroom. The plan also features a downstairs study that can also serve as an additional bedroom.
