Presales Start in New Section of Avalon at Riverstone

Builder Taylor Morrison has started presales in a new section of the popular Avalon at Riverstone, with three series of homes available.

The new section is south of University Boulevard, and homes will have a Sugar Land address.

The Chateau Series counts nine floor plans ranging from approximately 2,279 square feet to 3,822 square feet with up to four bedrooms and 3.5 baths available. Prices for the homes, on 60-foot properties, start from the $340,000s.

The 70-foot Legacy Series features seven home designs from approximately 3,265 square feet to 4,650 square feet with up to five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and more. Prices start in the $500,000s.

Homebuyers can also choose to build Taylor Morrison's Legacy Series floor plans on a larger, 80-foot homesite, affording them the opportunity to add a third-car garage as a standard feature.

The Inspired Series feature seven distinctive floor plans for 80-foot homesites that range from approximately 3,741 square feet to 5,623 square feet. Each home offers up to five bedrooms, five baths and special touches like a front courtyard, game room, media room and expansive master suite. Prices start from the $580,000s.
