Two independent real estate research firms have ranked Riverstone No. 6 on their lists of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities. Plus, Riverstone is ranked the second highest of the nine Texas communities on each list.

Riverstone builders sold 791 homes in the community last year, an increase of 31 percent over record-breaking numbers in 2012.
