Riverstone Ranks as a Top Houston Community

Riverstone is now ranked No. 3 on the Houston Business Journal’s tally of the “Most Active Residential Communities in the Houston Area.”

The recently released list shows Riverstone climbed three spots from the previous year, with builders starting 548 new homes from April 2012 through March 2013.

“Sales also have been impressive this year, tracking 41 percent above last year’s record-breaking pace,” said Tom Wilcox, general manager of Riverstone.

Riverstone is just one of the projects of The Johnson Development Corp. to make the list. Others include Sienna Plantation, Woodforest, Cross Creek Ranch and Fall Creek.
