No Slowdown for Houston Housing Market

Mortgage rates are low, housing prices are on the rise, the inventory of homes is rapidly dwindling and the Houston economy is booming, with more than 111,000 new jobs created in the region during the last 12 months.

All of these are factors in Houston’s seemingly unstoppable housing market, reports Culture Map in a May 21 article. April was the best month for home sales in Houston in almost six years, continuing a 23-month upswing.
