Riverstone Welcomes Another New Model

Trendmaker Homes has opened Riverstone’s newest model home, a two-story design located at 6119 Falling Briar Lane.

The model represents Trendmaker’s array of designs for 55-foot homesites in Riverstone’s Sweetbriar neighborhood. Trendmaker has nine designs priced from the $280,000s in Sweetbriar, with sizes ranging from 2,374 square feet to 3,099 square feet. Several homes are under construction in the neighborhood.

Builders have opened numerous model homes in Riverstone this year, with several others still under construction and expected to open by year’s end. Riverstone has seen sales this year nearly double the 2011 record-breaking pace and is ranked No. 3 for housing starts among Houston-area master-planned communities.
