This BBQ Experience ($75) is a unique event created to give homeowners an in-depth look at the art and science of smoking barbecue. During the approximately 75-minute session, residents will have the opportunity to learn from professional pitmasters and BBQ experts, who will guide you through the finer points of smoking barbecue.
The event features various interactive demonstrations including meat trimming, seasoning, wood selection, and fire management for both Beef Brisket and Pork Ribs. Our pitmasters and their BBQ team will provide expert-level instruction while also serving some delicious bites along the way. By the end of The BBQ Experience, guests will have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that they can apply to their own backyard smoking adventures."
All materials will be provided and feel free to BYOB as there will be a buffet of food for you afterwards.
